Shipping is FREE in the continental U.S. for all items. Expedited shipping is available for a charge at check-out.

We use UPS and USPS ground for all domestic shipping, no signature required.
In stock items will ship within 48 hours of your confirmation email.
An email will be sent with your tracking number once shipped. Note, there will be a delivery status lag time between receiving your tracking email and the initial tracking scan by either UPS or USPS.
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If we don't solve your shoe-packing stress, please return your item, free of charge, within 90 days. We call this our 90-DAY TRAVEL TRIAL.

Your refund will be processed within 48 hours of receipt and you will be notified by email. Please note, it may take another 2-3 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
We have painstakingly taken the time to reach the highest standards of quality when sourcing materials and manufacturing our travel bags. We have rigorously tested our products in real world travel experiences. But we know defects can occur. If you experience any defect or product failure within two years of purchase, please email us at info@leighshoecase.com. We will replace your item immediately.
